Common Supai Express Tracking Statuses And Their Meanings
What Does “Item Shipped” Mean On Supai Express?
When Supai Express says a Temu package has been shipped, it means that the seller has handed over the package to Temu for processing and getting handed over to Supai Express.
We covered Temu’s Shipped Tracking Status, which can provide you with more details about the process.
Import Customs Clearance Success On Supai Express
This status means that your international Temu package has successfully gone through Canada’s customs clearance process and will be on its way to you soon.
After seeing this update, Supai Express usually takes a maximum of 3 business days to deliver the package.
What Does “To Deliver” Mean?
When Supai Express says “To deliver,” it means that they have queued the package for its final delivery.
Under most circumstances, Supai Express delivers such packages on the following business day.
What Does “Out for Delivery” Mean on Supai Express?
When Supai Express says that an item is “Out for delivery,” it means that they have been loaded onto a delivery vehicle and will be delivered soon.
Normally, Temu packages that are “Out for delivery” get delivered that day unless there are unprecedented transit delays such as inclement weather conditions.
What Does “Ready For Pick Up” Mean On Supai Express?
When Supai Express says that your package is “Ready for pick up,” they mean that you can go to their provided facility and pick up your package from there.
This tracking status comes shortly after they tell you your Temu package is “Available for pickup”.
5 Common Supai Express Complaints From Temu Customers
Non-delivery To Doorsteps
There are several complaints where even after Temu customers indicated their addresses where Supai Express should take their packages, they didn’t.
Instead, Supai Express just sends an SMS to the recipient telling them that their package is ready for pick up, without caring about the distance between them and the provided office from which they are expected to pick up the item.
Non-responsiveness
Several Temu customers from Canada have also complained that getting in touch with Supai Express is mostly futile.
While it’s understandable that Supai Express is contracted with Temu and not the recipient, part of UX (User Experience) would require that they should pick up the recipients’ calls or respond to E-mails and tell them the right statuses of their packages.
The Tracking Page Not Updating Regularly
It’s always fantastic when as a recipient, you can get an update whenever your package has made any step on the way.
Unfortunately, we have seen multiple complaints where Supai Express doesn’t provide as many updates on the tracking page, which makes some of the recipients more anxious.
In one classical example, the tracking went from “Shipped” to “Out for delivery.” This is somewhat inconveniencing for most recipients as they can’t plan their day when expecting a Temu delivery from Supai Express.

Packages Getting Stolen
According to Rock, Supai Express dropped his package at around 12:40 Am and they didn’t call him. By the time he had gone to pick it up, the package had already been stolen.
There are many other complaints such as Rock’s where Supai Express doesn’t call the recipients, which eventually leads to packages getting stolen as they don’t keep them somewhere safe.
Packages Getting Delivered To The Wrong Addresses
While it’s great that Supai Express provides picture evidence whenever they claim to have delivered packages, there are multiple cases where such evidence is only helpful to confirm that they delivered items to the wrong address.
Some recipients ended up losing packages completely due to the wrong deliveries, and what’s sadder is that even after letting Supai Express know that the package was taken to the wrong address, they don’t circle back or don’t pick up phone calls.
Why Does Temu Still Use Supai Express?
Since many recipients report dissatisfaction when Temu uses Supai Express for package deliveries, you would expect that they shouldn’t use them.
Unfortunately, Temu mostly uses Supai Express for most of the packages coming to Canada, and based on our findings, these are the leading reasons why Temu is contracted to them:
Lower Shipping Fees
Unlike established companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or even Canada Post, Supai Express charges some of the lowest shipping fees in the industry.
Since Temu mostly provides free shipping for most packages, shipping costs play their primary consideration before settling on any carrier company.
In that case, they went for Supai Express due to these cheap costs, which makes sense to Temu business-wise.
When recipients opt for Express shipping, Temu usually uses different and more efficient carriers to get the deliveries done. If not so, Supai Express usually goes the extra mile to seamlessly deliver the packages within the shortest time possible.
Geographical Focus
Supai Express provides shipping services between China and Canada, and Vice versa.
Instead of going for international package delivery companies, Temu prefers using Supai Express as it operates between the two countries.
Epic Cooperation with Temu
While Supai Express is mostly non-responsive to the recipients, they highly cooperate with Temu whenever there is any complaint.
In this case, Temu doesn’t bother so much about the recipients’ complaints when Supai Express doesn’t shape up.
While it’s understandable that Supai Express is contracted to Temu and not the recipient, part of great UX would be that they should be at least more responsive whenever recipients raise complaints.
Can I Avoid Receiving Temu Packages From Supai Express?
If Supai Express did you dirty and you would rather not deal with them again, you can consider telling Temu in advance before placing your order that they should use a different carrier company.
You can also pay for the Express shipping option if yours is a more valuable package and it will get to you seamlessly.
